Lava is a hazard in the Super Cat Tales series.

Lava is a liquid hazard in dark red color.
Game information[edit]
Lava first appears in the fifth world of the first Super Cat Tales game. It appears in every level expect 5-6 and 5-8. If the player falls in lava, they will incur a five second penalty and die if they remain on it.
Lava also appears in Super Cat Tales 2 in World 6. Players, however, can purchase and equip the Eternal Ember to swim in lava, which is necessary for players who want to collect all the bells.
