Spring soldier
Spring soldiers are enemies in Super Cat Tales 2. They first appear in World 1-2.
Physical appearance[edit]
Spring soldiers have a grey, semicircle-shaped head and a tall rectangular red body making up the spring. Their head has a white shine with a darker grey shade on the bottom flat edge. A crank can be seen at the back of their head. They have a pair of black, curved eyes.

Behavior[edit]
Spring soldiers remain in a fixed position on the ground. They will constantly jump straight up in the air, expanding their body, then retracting it as they come back down. Spring soldiers can leap high enough for the player to run under them while they are in the air.
Strategy[edit]
Spring soldiers can be defeated by running into them with McMeow, Olli or Robo Kitty. When run into with any other cat, the player will take damage at the same time as the spring soldier is defeated.
