Mud minion
Mud minions are enemies in Super Cat Tales 2 and Drop Wizard.
Physical appearance[edit]
Mud minions have a dome-shaped, brown body with a pair of tall, thin black eyes. Three green sprouts stick out of the top of their body and curve to the left or right. In Drop Wizard, mud minions are more rectangular in shape and have a small notch at the top of their body that separates the two parts at the top. They also have a small, square-shaped mouth.
Behavior[edit]
Mud minions are found in some patches of mud in the swamp levels of Super Cat Tales 2. They will slide back and forth, moving in the opposite direction once they reach the end of their mud patch. Mud minions are partially submerged in mud, up to the bottom of their eyes.
In Drop Wizard, mud minions will retract their bodies as they slide from one end of the platform to the other. Once they reach one side, they will expand their bodies and pause briefly before retracting and sliding to the other side. This behavior is similar to that of red goo minions in Super Cat Tales 2.
Strategy[edit]
- Super Cat Tales 2 - Mud minions can be defeated with a single hit from Olli or Robo Kitty. Since the player cannot run in mud, they can only defeat mud minions without taking damage by hitting them with a running jump.
- Drop Wizard - Mud minions can be stunned with a projectile when they stop moving. Any projectiles fired or a roll of enemies that cross paths with a mud minion while it is moving will pass over it and not cause it to be defeated.
