Ember minion
Ember minions are enemies in Super Cat Tales 2.
Physical appearance[edit]
Ember minions have a circle-shaped body that is yellow with an orange inner border, a red outer border and a black outline. They have a pair of black eyes shaped like thin, tall rectangles with gray pupils. They have eight white spikes evenly spaced around their body. As they move, they leave a short trail of red and orange fire shaped like circles.
Behavior[edit]
Ember minions are found floating in lava areas. They slowly move vertically, pausing briefly at the highest and lowest points of their trajectory. They will also move slightly from side to side along their path. Ember minions can pass in front of solid objects, particularly lava-rising platforms.
Strategy[edit]
Due to their spikes, ember minions will damage the player if run into with an attacking cat. The player can use Luna's abilities to stand still to avoid hitting them, though the player can still take damage even if they are still if they move down as a lava-rising platform falls to the ground. If the player does make contact with an ember minion, they will defeat it on contact.
