Ceiling soldier
Ceiling soldier are enemies in Super Cat Tales 2. They first appear in World 4-3.
Physical appearance[edit]
Ceiling soldiers have a semicircle-shaped body with a thin rectangular base and a shorter rectangle-shaped cannon at the shorter, round end. Their body is gray with a white shine and darker gray around the base. They have two red wheels partially visible from the base as well as a pair of curved, black eyes.

Behavior[edit]
Ceiling soldiers are oriented with their wheels against the ceiling with the cannon on their head facing downward. They move back and forth in a set area and can also be found on the underside of platforms. As ceiling soldiers move, they shoot a fireball from their cannon that travels straight downward and disappears on impact. This fireball will also damage the player on contact.
Strategy[edit]
Ceiling soldiers can be defeated by running into them from any side with Olli or Robo Kitty. Because of their position away from the ground, the player will only be able to hit them if they can run and jump off a platform that will cross paths with the ceiling soldier's trajectory. The player can also block fireballs that hit a cat from the front side by equipping the shield.
