Sky Islands is a puzzle-platformer released on September 14, 2023 for iOS and Android devices. It is a mobile port of the browser game Sky Island.
Controls[edit]
- Left/right arrows - Move left and right
- Up arrow - Jump
- Swipe screen - Change perspective
Levels[edit]
Sky Islands mostly retains the same level layouts in the same sequence as Sky Island. Every level, however, now has exactly three stars to collect as opposed to the browser game's varying quantities.

Sky Islands released on September 14, 2023 to version 0.03 for Android and 0.0.11 for iOS.

Version 0.0.13 was released on September 23, 2023. This update removes the pink blocks under and next to the checkered block in level 2.

Differences from the browser version[edit]
- Levels can be completed without having to collect all the stars, but the player must still collect every star if they want to view the game's ending.
- Coins are no longer present in levels.
- The player can only take two hits before dying instead of the browser game, which allowed for three hits.
Announcements[edit]
- August 16, 2023 - Neutronized releases a trailer on their YouTube channel announcing Sky Islands and its availability to pre-order or pre-register on the App Store and Google Play respectively. The video showcases levels and music from the browser version.
- September 14, 2023 - A launch trailer is posted on the Neutronized YouTube channel, signalling the game's release.
