Kuro
Kuro is a playable cat in the Super Cat Tales series. In Super Cat Tales 2, he[1] can be unlocked in World 3-2 with 500 in-game coins.
Appearance[edit]
Kuro is a black cat. He has white fur on the ears, as well as the tip of his tail. He wears a yellow miner's helmet with an orange stripe and a big bright light attached to it. Kuro has yellow eyes. He has a yellow-orange collar without a tag.
Personality[edit]
Kuro is often seen as greedy and ambitious, always on the lookout for money, riches and gold. His main concerns are keeping his gold safe and doing good business. In Super Cat Tales 2, he gladly offers to join the team on a mission to defeat the Tin Army - for the price of 
500.[2]
Abilities[edit]
- Super Cat Tales - Kuro is the only cat who can enter dark areas, lighting up with his helmet.
- Super Cat Tales 2 - Kuro can light up the dark with a much larger range and scare bats back to their resting spots with his helmet.
Trivia[edit]
- The name Kuro is Japanese for the colour black (黒, kuro).
- A miner's helmet appears as one of the purchasable hats in Super Cat Tales: PAWS. Any cat equipped has a wider visibility range can scare away bats in the dark, similar to Kuro's ability in Super Cat Tales 2.
