Red archer
Red archers are enemies in the Double Panda series. They first appear in level 6.
Behaviour[edit]
Red archers are often located on platforms above the ground or on the roofs of buildings. They will walk back and forth on the platform, turning at ledges. Occasionally, they will pause and remain idle before resuming their walking pattern.
If the player approaches a red archer from any angle, the enemy will stop and fire an arrow that moves in a curved trajectory until it hits a platform or the ground. The arrow will linger for a brief moment before disappearing and the archer will continue walking after attacking. Any panda caught in the crossfire will lose health.
Strategy[edit]
Red archers can be defeated by having Giant Panda jump on their heads. Because this requires the player to be close to a red archer, they risk crossing into its attack range and taking damage. If the player jumps on a red archer's head with Red Panda, they will bounce without killing the enemy as if it were a spring.
