Purple lizards are enemies in Dino Quake. They appear in levels 3, 4 and 5 (1-3, 1-4 and 1-5).

Behaviour

Purple lizards move back and forth on the platform they are situated on. They will turn and walk the opposite direction whenever they hit a wall or the end of a platform. Occasionally, they will pause to jump to the platform directly above or below them.

Strategy

Purple lizards are killed when hit by a quake. When defeated, they will drop a fruit based on the combo of enemies hit with a single quake:

• 1 combo - Cherry (100 pts)
• 2 combo - Lemon (200 pts)
• 3+ combo - Strawberry (300 pts)
