Fire

Fire is a hazard in Snow Tale. There are three types of fire that appear in the game that are listed below.

Appearance

Turning fireballs are made up of five fireballs that are made up of variuos shades of orange, yellow, and white. One of the turning fireballs is placed in the middle of a square dark blue box that is partly black.

Game information

Turning fireballs commonly appear in twos. They have a line of fire balls the spin around them and will cause the penguin to lose one heart when touched. Because fireballs are attached to a platform, sometimes the penguin is forced to jump on them to get to a platform.

Appearance

Moving fireballs are round as the penguin's snowball at full size. They are various shades of orange and are attached to a black and dark grey diamond.

Game information

Moving fireballs always appear on walls and are first found in level 4. The fireball moves only around its brown diamond and will cause one heart to be lost if touched by the penguin. Sometimes the diamond is put in different angles making the fireball move around differently.

Appearance

Continual flames are cylinder-shaped and pointed on the end. The continual flame is a mixture of orange, yellow, and white. The continual flames comes out of a dark blue box that is partly black and has a silver rectangle stuck onto one side of it.

Game information

Continual flames first appear in level 9 and are so named because they release a flame then turn off and after a period of time release another flame. Grey smoke will come out of the continual flame's box before the flame comes out. The flame will take on heart away from the penguin upon touch. Sometimes continual flames are used as platforms.
